I draw twitch emotes and I'm a digital artist who focuses on both different mediums of art and styles.I've been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil I first focused my interests on creating drawings In 2014 However, spring of 2018 was when I realized that art is my passion and it's something that I'm willing to pursue professionally as a career.I stream when I can @ Twitch.tv/Ectopimp Hope you can pop by <3Commissions are my main source of income due to me being pregnant so I can’t work, I really appreciate the commissions I do get.

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.[ I. ] GENERAL TERMS
Please write in a clear and nice manner as well as including the following when submitting a commission request;
Commission type (bust up, half body, full body, etc.)
Character reference (this is probably the most important part, so PLEASE make sure you include it in your initial email.)
Any extras you'd like to include such as props, background, etc.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs and failure to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
I will do:
▸OCs/Personas
▸Fanart
▸GIRLS/ Feminine (I can draw boys as well, but I don't draw them often...)
▸Backgrounds (will cost extra if they are more complex and detailed! most commissions come with a simple flat colored background)
▸Light Armor
▸Props (larger props will cost extra)
▸ (I don't primarily draw anthros, but I can and have in the past!)
▸NSFW nude/ecchi (please contact me for guidelines and info)
▸ light gore
I will NOT do:
▸ Mecha
▸ Old People/ Wrinkles
▸ Muscles[ II. ] PAYMENT
Please be advised that complex designs can increase the payment.
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepted is CAD.
Any payment are made through PAYPAL once everything is agreed upon.
[ III. ] PROCESS
I start on the sketch and if you like it then I can get started on the requested art only after I get the payment.
Work In Progress will be given to the commissioner if asked.
The time for your commission to be completed within the max of 4 months .
If you do not pay the invoice within a week, I will assume you do not want to commission anymore and cancel it.
[ IV. ] CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However I won't be allowing any changes to be made after I've finished the commission
so please ask if you need anything to be changed during the WIP process.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge you are allowed 3 small changes.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
Make sure to be clear in your order of what you aim for as I may charge for changes in the commission.
[ V. ] COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I retain all copyright to my art.
The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece,
but you must not make major edits to the artwork, credit MUST be given.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. [Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner]
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
[ VI. ] CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly noted for other artists to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
